Shipping Policy

When can I receive my package?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse within 3 business days of order placement. Goods will be delivered within 7 business days of shipment, depending on carrier availability and location. We apologize if your goods require customs clearance or inspection, or if delivery is delayed due to the carrier's service.

How do I track my order?

There will be an order number on the order success page, which you can use to track your order.

How will my order be shipped?

Orders are shipped on normal working days, excluding holidays. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.
